Initial assessment and ongoing analysis of your profile, your objectives, and your constraints
Annual macro plan with training cycles and season goals
Weekly training plan that includes strength, swim, cycling, running and mobility sessions. The training plan is updated every week based on a weekly check-in of about 30 minutes. We analyze your sessions and make adaptations according to your form, your fatigue and your schedule. Use of iDO Sport as a training platform
Regular performance tests and estimation of your training and competition zones (heart rate, pace, power)
The coaching also includes mental preparation (objective setting, visualization, motivation, routines, stress management, concentration, etc.)
